Exclusive Off-Grid Safari Lodge is looking for an exceptional ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT COUPLE This Assistant Management Couple role offers the chance to step into a dynamic hospitality environment, supporting senior leadership while ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth daily operations. With responsibilities spanning front-of-house hosting, guiding, and back-of-house coordination, the position is ideal for a versatile couple eager to grow into management while contributing to the lodges high standards of service and team culture. Core Criteria: Previous lodge or hospitality experience (front office, guiding, or management support) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as a couple, sharing responsibilities flexibly Guest-centric approach with attention to detail Administrative competence (reservations, reporting, stock control) Relevant qualifications (hospitality, guiding, or related fields) preferred Willingness to live on-site in a remote lodge environment Candidate Responsibilities: Assist with daily lodge operations and guest services Support senior management in staff supervision and training Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage coordination Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest communications Conduct guided activities or host guests, depending on skill sets Ensure smooth logistics and operational flow across departments Uphold lodge standards of service, safety, and sustainability
