Payments Administrator - Pretoria (MONTANA)

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily payments accurately and within required timelines
- Verify payment details and supporting documentation before processing
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure all obligations are met on time
- Investigate and resolve payment queries and discrepancies
- Perform payment reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a payments administration or finance role advantageous
- Strong numerical ability with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Financial system experience advantageous ( SAP, Pastel, or similar )
- Good understanding of payments, reconciliations, and financial processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
