Key Requirements
- Proven external sales experience within the construction industry
- Solid understanding of construction industry practices and supply chains
- Strong product knowledge of sealants, adhesives, bonding agents, and plastering agents
- Experience or exposure to the following sectors:
- Property Development
- Guttering
- Glass & Glazing
- Waterproofing
- Cold Rooms and Refrigeration
- Paint Contractors
- Woodworking and Carpentry
Key Competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
Car Allowance : R3500
Petrol Allowance: R4500
Commission
Extras: laptop, cell phone and tablet for business purposes, Provident fund.
