The company is seeking for an individual who will be responsible for is responsible for guiding group discussions, ensuring productive dialogue, and creating an inclusive environment where all participants feel heard. This role involves structuring conversations, managing time effectively, encouraging engagement, and helping the group reach clear outcomes or decisions. The facilitator remains neutral, supports effective communication, and helps maintain a respectful and focused atmosphere throughout the session.
- 2 Years Experience
- English. Additional (Zulu and or Sotho)
- Adequate experience with Learning Management Software (LMS) Knowledge about accreditation bodies processes and requirements.
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning others' actions.
- Presentable and professional in working with any level of people
- Well-developed understanding of processes, such as how to enable group decision-making, problem solving, and organizing and structuring agendas for appropriate results.
- Grade 12 certificate, with accredited qualification related to ISS accreditation and requirements.
