What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead multiple engineering projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, invoicing, and governance.
- Support tender submissions, project costing, and proposal development.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related engineering discipline.
- 4–6 years' experience managing engineering or technical projects.
- At least 2 years' engineering experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
- Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept through production would be advantageous.
- Experience within the automotive, mobility, heavy equipment, defence, or specialised vehicle sectors will be highly advantageous.
- Working knowledge of PMBOK or similar project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
