Role - Customer Support Representative
- Duties:
- Receive calls from clients/prospects and understand their issue/problem
- Show empathy to customers and handle complaints with professionalism
- Schedule maintenance worker to visit site and fix appliance
- Follow up with customer to ensure they are happy
- Provide excellent customer service
Experience:
- Matric
- Previous experience in customer service- preferably telephonic
- Remote work set up with good wifi and backup plans
- Ability to work US hours
- 16:00 - 01:00 or 17:00 to 02:00 depending on season
- Excellent English
