Franchise Development & Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are an innovative, rapidly expanding mobility and automated car rental brand operating across 49 states. As our corporate ecosystem expands, we are offering qualified entrepreneurs and investors the opportunity to own and operate their own local automated mobility franchises.

We are seeking a sophisticated, experienced Franchise Development & Inside Sales Representative to drive our franchise acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, you will own the full franchise sales lifecycle—managing a steady stream of qualified inbound leads generated from our Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns, conducting strategic consultative calls, guiding prospective franchisees through financial and operational disclosures, and closing upfront franchise agreements.

This is a high-ticket, consultative sales role requiring business acumen, maturity, and the confidence to hold strategic conversations with prospective business owners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Franchise Qualification & Pipeline Management

• Inbound Lead Nurturing: Work directly with a consistent stream of high-intent inbound leads generated from active Meta, LinkedIn, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospective franchisees' financial capacity, business experience, operational readiness, and regional market fit.
• Consultative Selling: Guide qualified candidates through our business model, technology stack, unit economics, and Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), helping them understand the value proposition of owning a franchise.

2. Outbound Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

• Targeted Prospecting: Spend a portion of each day conducting targeted outbound research and BDR activities (LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, local investor networks) to generate organic franchise prospects.
• Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, tracking prospective franchisees through each stage of the franchise approval funnel.

3. Deal Closing & Executive Partnership

• Closing Franchise Agreements: Drive prospective owners toward decision points, securing the initial franchise fee and contract signing.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of B2B inside sales, high-ticket consultative sales, business development, financial services sales, or franchise development experience.
• Business Acumen: Ability to discuss unit economics, investment returns, startup capital, and business operations with prospective owners and investors.
• Sales Discipline: Proven track record of managing long sales cycles, navigating high-friction decision points, and consistently closing high-value contracts.
• Executive Communication: Polished, highly articulate written and spoken English skills with an authoritative yet consultative phone presence.
• Technical Infrastructure: Dedicated quiet home office setup and high-speed fiber internet.
