- Program addressable fire detection control panels and system controllers.
- Configure software settings for gas suppression and emergency safety systems.
- Test and commission systems on-site to make sure they work correctly.
- Upload and save site-specific programming files safely.
- Solve technical software bugs and device connection issues.
- Connect fire panels with building networks and security platforms.
- Work directly with site teams and clients during final system testing.
- Keep clean programming records for each completed job.
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- SAQCC Fire Detection Commissioner qualification (Level 4 preferred).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience programming addressable fire panels.
- A valid South African driver's license.
