An opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator is required for permanent employment based in the Midvaal. This role requires a candidate with strong administrative and technical understanding of commercial vehicle warranty processes. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end warranty claim lifecycle, ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, and work closely with the service and parts teams to maximise claim approvals and recovery. Grade 12 (Matric)Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Warranty Administrator (or similar) within a truck / heavy commercial vehicle (HMV), medium commercial vehicle (MMV) or light commercial vehicle (LMV) workshop / dealership environment (essential)Strong practical experience processing warranty claims for major / multi truck brands or similar highly advantageousSolid understanding of commercial vehicle servicing, diagnostics, parts and repair processesExcellent attention to detail, administrative and organisational skillsComputer literacy with experience in dealership management systems / warranty portals advantageousStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work accurately under pressure and meet claim submission deadlinesTraceable & contactable referencesLocal residency or willing to relocate to Midvaal / surrounding Gauteng areasSubmit CV (Word / PDF) Ref # (TRG 2536)
