Our client is seeking a skilled Tier 3 Engineer to provide advanced support, design, and optimization of Microsoft cloud and data platforms. This role focuses on Azure, Microsoft 365, and modern automation technologies within a high-performance managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support across Microsoft cloud environments
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Support and optimise SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric
- Manage automation and workflow solutions using Power Automate and AI Builder
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational governance
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in Microsoft cloud and enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory)
- ITIL Foundation (advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting, design, and customer engagement skills
