A well-established company in the Fastener Industry based in Boksburg North are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality and Production to oversee all quality, ensuring accurate quality and production in compliance with company procedures.Requirements 35 years' experience in Quality and Production management. Experience within ISO 9001 and the certification thereof. Experience in the Fastener / Engineering industry will be advantageous. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized stock management systems.High attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence. Able to work under pressure, with a high level of accountability, integrity, and willingness to engage in continuous learning development.Responsible not limited to the following:Key Responsibilities: Quality & Production ControllerMaintain and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO/SABS requirements.Interpreting technical and engineering drawings to identify defect, discrepancies and non-conformities in products, equipment, and manufacturing processes.Developing and implementing corrective and remedial actions to improve quality outcomes and prevent recurrence of non-conformities.Conduct internal audits, toolbox audits, and prepare for external/SABS audits.Perform inline quality inspections and resolve quality-related issues.Investigate, document, and manage customers.
