Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey Welcome guests on arrival and ensure seamless check-in and departure processes Manage guest requests, preferences and special occasions with professionalism and attention to detail Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and personalised service Coordinate closely with the front office, housekeeping, kitchen and guiding teams Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Oversee daily guest activities and ensure smooth operational flow Train and mentor guest-facing staff to uphold luxury service standards Assist with lodge administration and reporting where required Key Requirements Previous experience in a Guest Experience, Front Office or Lodge Management role within a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment Exceptional guest relations and communication skills Strong leadership and organisational abilities High attention to detail with a passion for service excellence Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences Experience coordinating guest activities, special occasions and personalised itineraries Strong administrative and computer skills Ability to work well under pressure in a remote environment Valid driver's licence advantageous Package Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Live-in position Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
