Technical Services Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge Collection | Namibia About the Opportunity Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee maintenance operations, utilities and infrastructure across a luxury safari lodge collection. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technical professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for maintaining world-class facilities in a remote, off-grid environment. Key Requirements Relevant technical qualification or trade certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC or a related field. Proven maintenance management experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, tourism or remote safari lodge operations. Strong knowledge of solar power systems, generators, HVAC, boreholes, pumps, water treatment systems and general building maintenance. Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors and infrastructure projects. Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy with the ability to prepare maintenance reports and documentation. Ability to live and work in a remote, off-grid environment. Valid licence and PDP.
