- Matric / Grade 12 or higher.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Service Advisor role.
- Valid Code 08 driver's licence.
- Strong automotive workshop and service reception knowledge.
- Experience with job cards, vehicle diagnostics, estimates, costing, and billing.
- Knowledge of warranty processes and OEM requirements.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Strong team player with the ability to coordinate technicians, foremen, parts, and management.
- Strong understanding of workshop KPIs, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and upselling.
