Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity.
Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes.
Interpret data findings and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Support program teams in data collection and interpretation methodologies.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific organizational questions and challenges.
Ensure data privacy and security protocols are maintained throughout all data handling processes.
Collaborate with IT and program staff to improve data collection systems and reporting capabilities.
Stay updated on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices relevant to the non-profit sector.
Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant teams.
RequirementsProven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with non-profit data or in the social sector is a significant advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
