Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Perform in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to marketing performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate key insights effectively.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
Interpret complex analytical findings and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for clients.
Stay abreast of the latest analytical techniques, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the overall knowledge base of the analytics team.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, with a strong focus on marketing analytics.
Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Advanced knowledge of statistical programming languages such as R or Python.
Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical modeling techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
Experience working with marketing data sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data, ad platforms) is essential.
