Visit or any of our nationwide branches today.Role Description To coordinate and oversee key logistics administrative processes that support the effective movement and tracking of vehicles, carrier coordination, accurate employee and operational records, management reporting and compliance with departmental procedures. The role acts as an important link between Logistics, HR, Payroll, Operations, Buyers and Management, while providing guidance to junior administrative staff and supporting the resolution of escalated operational issues. Role Requirements Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) required. Adavantegous: diploma/degree in administration, logistics or operations. At least 3+ years administrative experience. Strong computer literacy (Proficient in MS Office). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. Valid driver's license. Needs to be able to commute to work. Must be willing to work every second weekend and some public holidays.
