Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Administrative Support
- Assist customers and distributors with account, payment, order and product-related enquiries.
- Verify and update customer, banking and account information.
- Investigate order discrepancies and escalate unresolved matters.
- Maintain accurate query logs, records and system information.
- Process orders, transfers and commission-related information.
- Assist with month-end administration and liaise with internal departments.
- Receive, pick, pack, check and dispatch stock.
- Assist with loading, off-loading and preparing local and export deliveries.
- Participate in stock takes, cycle counts and FIFO stock rotation.
- Maintain accurate stock counts and a clean, organized warehouse.
- Comply with occupational health and safety requirements.
- Assist across warehouse functions and work at heights when required.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- At least two years’ administrative or customer support experience.
- Warehouse or stock-handling experience would be advantageous.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask, work accurately under pressure and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Physically able to lift boxes and work at heights of up to 12 meters.
- Dependable, punctual and flexible regarding occasional extended hours.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or forklift license would be advantageous.
