Reservations Manager And Client Liaison

Administrator & Guest Relations Cape Town, Atlantic Seaboard. A growing luxury short-term rental and real estate company is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and well-presented Operations & Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, property, administration, client interaction, and operations. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day management of luxury villas, guest relations, reservations, administration, and operational support. The role requires someone professional, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays Coordinate bookings, reservations, and calendars Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs Meet clients and prospective tenants/buyers at properties Perform property inspections and quality control checks Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and operational teams Assist with social media administration and online listings Handle general administration and executive assistant duties Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence Liaise with landlords, guests, suppliers, and service providers Assist with estate agency administration and property operations Ensure properties are maintained to luxury hospitality standards Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently Minimum Requirements Valid drivers licence Own vehicle preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and manner Ability to multitask and work under pressure Social media and digital platform knowledge advantageous Minimum 2 years experience in administration, hospitality, reservations, reception, property management, or a similar role Preferred Qualifications Diploma or qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field preferred Previous experience in short-term rentals, hotels, guest relations, or reservations highly advantageous Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone energetic, reliable, detail-driven, and client-focused, who can comfortably balance hospitality, administration, and operations while representing the company professionally.
