Property Inspector - Independent Contractor

We are seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Property Inspector on an independent contractor basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, managing appointments and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine property inspections.

• Schedule and manage inspection appointments.

• Complete accurate and detailed inspection reports.

• Submit photographs, videos and supporting documentation as required.

• Manage month-end reporting requirements and ensure all deadlines and turnaround times are met.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage appointments and workload independently.

• Valid drivers licence.

• Willingness to work occasional weekends when required.
