Field Service Technician

Duties:
- Provide hands-on hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, and servers at client sites
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure including Ubiquiti and Sophos environments, with Reyee knowledge as a plus
- Implement and troubleshoot advanced networking solutions such as VLANs and routing protocols
- Resolve issues within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and various server platforms
- Maintain accurate documentation, job cards, and real-time tracking of all service activities
- Participate in after-hours standby rotations and work overtime when required to meet client needs
Requirements:
- Proven field experience with a proactive approach to resolving complex technical issues
- Solid understanding of network architecture, server environments, and desktop support
- Fully bilingual in English; Afrikaans skills will be advantageous
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, S+, or Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
- Valid drivers license for at least 2 years
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on punctuality and administrative diligence
- Excellent time management and professionalism in client interactions
