Employer Description 4-Star Game Lodge in Pilanesberg Job Description Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of facilities within a prestigious game lodge environment. This role requires a versatile professional with strong technical expertise, attention to detail and the ability to deliver neat, highquality work across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities: General maintenance: Supervise and perform daytoday maintenance tasks across lodge facilities. Tiling projects: Execute and oversee tiling work with precision and neat finishes. Electrical work: Carry out electrical repairs and installations safely and effectively. Plumbing tasks: Maintain and repair plumbing systems to ensure uninterrupted service. Allrounder duties: Handle diverse maintenance needs, adapting to lodge requirements. Team collaboration: Work closely with lodge staff to ensure seamless operations. Quality control: Ensure all work meets high standards of neatness and durability. Qualifications Matric or equivalent. Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, or related fields (advantageous). Proven tiling experience with a portfolio of neat, professional work. Minimum of 35 years in a maintenance role, preferably within a lodge or hospitality environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver highquality results under pressure Skills Attention to detail and commitment to neat workmanship. Strong problemsolving and technical troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
