Hr Officer

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Conduct screening and interviews, and coordinate onboarding and induction.
Coordinate training programmes, providers, records and reporting.
Compile and monitor the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and prepare the Annual Training Report (ATR).
Maintain employee records, contracts, correspondence and HR reports.
Support disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
Assist with CCMA case preparation.
Guide managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Support workforce planning and monitor HR metrics.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience.
Proven experience in bulk recruitment and talent acquisition .
Experience in training coordination and labour relations.
Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Strong organisational, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
