Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced People Support Practitioner to join our client on a maternity cover contract in Kuilsrivier, Western Cape.
The role is a broad HR Generalist position with emphasis on Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, performance management and HR reporting.
You will support line managers across recruitment, onboarding, wellness, compliance and CCMA matters in a fast-paced contact centre.
