The Role
This Employee Wellness Officer role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Polokwane. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the hr jobs pipeline across Limpopo.
The successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Polokwane team on trust, and the Employee Wellness Officer role will feel that from week one.
Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the hr jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Polokwane much easier.

Key Outputs
- Coordinate training, learnerships and bursary programmes with SETAs
- Process monthly payroll inputs and resolve employee queries
- Maintain accurate employee records on the HRIS
- Support organisational design, job evaluation and grading processes
- Compile workforce reports for EE, B-BBEE and skills development submissions
- Coordinate performance management cycles and calibration sessions
- Roll out HR policies and procedures and train managers on application
- Champion transformation and inclusion across all people processes
Candidate Profile
- Sound understanding of EE and B-BBEE compliance reporting
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Member or affiliate of SABPP or IPM is an advantage
- Project management skills for HR initiatives and rollouts
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
