KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Facilitate learning and teaching for modules offered in the Department of Logistics (via contact sessions, as well as online sessions). Conduct and publish research. Supervise postgraduate students. Perform academic administration duties.CORE COMPETENCIES
In-depth theoretical knowledge and application of the Logistics principles. Facilitate learning and teaching at undergraduate and experience at postgraduate level Ability to contribute to knowledge creation through research and publications. Administer modules to large numbers of students.REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for the above post, candidates should meet the following requirements: Must be in possession of a Masters degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management specialising in Logistics. Holding or working towards a PhD qualification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage. Have relevant experience in lecturing various Logistics modules at undergraduate levels. Experience at a postgraduate level will be an added advantage. Have at least two years relevant and / or work-related lecturing or industry related experience in Logistics. Publications in accredited journals and conference proceedings will be a strong recommendation.Vacancy posted 2 days ago
