- Matric and/or relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of sales to AM customers in the PC IAM.
- People & customer management experience with strong moderation skills
- Effective communication, influencing & collaboration skills among various audiences
- Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures and processes
- Knowledge on Health and Safety aspects within the work environment.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail, self-starter, and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business.
