About the Role Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in the technology sector, is looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their remote team serving clients in Polokwane and beyond.
This role requires a deep understanding of the IT and tech landscape, coupled with a passion for connecting top tech talent with innovative companies.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition and needs analysis to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tech recruiter to operate in a fully remote capacity and make a substantial impact on client hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of IT and technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies within the tech industry.
Source, screen, and interview highly skilled technical candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and networking.
Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay current with technology trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities remotely.
Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT and technology roles.
Proven ability to successfully place candidates in niche and in-demand tech positions.
Deep understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, adapted for remote interaction.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to business development and client management.
