About the Role Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to specialize in the fast-paced IT & Technology sector in Polokwane.
This role involves identifying and attracting top tech talent for a variety of clients, from startups to established enterprises.
You will manage the entire recruitment process, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and building strong relationships within the tech community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated consultant to become an expert in tech recruitment, contributing to the digital transformation of businesses in Limpopo and beyond, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and technology roles, including software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, and IT support.
Source, screen, and interview candidates with specialized technical skills and experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology and broader business sectors.
Understand the unique demands of the tech market and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets within the IT and technology domain.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, preferably with a focus on IT or technology placements.
Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles such as developers, network engineers, and IT project managers.
Good understanding of the current IT market trends and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, especially within the tech community.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A relevant degree or certifications in IT or recruitment would be beneficial.
