New opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercially driven Director of Revenue with a 5* internationally branded hotel in Cape Town. As Director of Revenue you will lead the hotels revenue strategy, driving commercial performance, optimising occupancy, ADR & RevPAR, maximising overall profitability. Successful candidates will have with previous experience across Revenue Management & Reservations . Serving as systems owner for all revenue technology, ensuring systems, tools & processes are effectively utilised to support data-driven commercial decisions. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Director of Revenue within a 5-star/luxury hotel environment Strong Reservations & Revenue Management background Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance; or a related field preferred Strong commercial, analytical and forecasting skills Proven ability to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR Experience working with luxury/international hotel brands highly advantageous Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Salary Package: Competitive
