- Ensure exeptional customer service througout the sales process

- Proven experience in successfully leading and managing a sales team
- Execllent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Previous experience within the automotive industry will be an advantage
- Good coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
