Engineering Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum technical qualification of B.Eng degree.
- Engineers with experience preferably with multi-discipline project or engineering exposure in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industry.
- Experience working on multi-discipline projects.
- Strong background in Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and Electrical will be advantageous.
- Experience in typical contracting formats (NEC 3 preferred).
- Self-starter with people skills will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Formal project management training/coursework/education will be an advantage.
- Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Develop project execution plans in line with contract requirements.
- Identify and appoint all resources (including sub-contracted services) for each project.
- Ensure coordination of all resources and functions to meet contract obligations.
- Coordinate engineering functions.
- Procurement and commercial interfacing with proper contract management.
- Management and progress reports as requested.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Assisting with the advancement of business development.
- Engagement with existing and prospective clients to ensure continuity of work.
