- Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and business performance.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyse production, inventory, supply chain, and operational costs to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements, financial controls, and reporting efficiencies.
- Support month-end, year-end reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Provide commercial recommendations that influence business growth and operational success.
Qualifications
- CA(SA) qualification is essential.
- Approximately 2 years' post-qualification commercial experience.
- Proven exposure within engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience supporting operational and commercial decision-making.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- ERP exposure such as SAP, Syspro, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical ability.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
