- Perform daily financial administration and filing, ensuring accurate and organised record-keeping
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits
- Create and finalise purchase orders on Syspro, including closing of outstanding or cancelled POs
- Capture and reconcile debtors receipts, including all bank transactions (debits and credits)
- Update and maintain cashflow spreadsheets, including daily bank balance updates
- Monitor and update CFC payments and tracking schedules
- Process logistics costs, including GRN of courier-related expenses
- Create requisitions for the finance department on Syspro
- Maintain and update exchange rates on Syspro and internal tracking sheets
- Assist with creditors processes, including invoice capturing, scanning, and submission within deadlines
- Ensure all invoices and supporting documents are accurately saved and filed
- Support general finance operations and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Provide switchboard relief when required
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a finance or administrative role
- Diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- Experience working on Syspro or a similar ERP system
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literate (Excel essential)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
