Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist spa guests in a warm, professional and attentive manner. * Ensure all spa areas, treatment rooms, relaxation areas and facilities are clean, neat and well presented. * Prepare treatment rooms and spa facilities before and after guest appointments. * Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa. * Assist therapists and other spa team members with day-to-day operational requirements. * Monitor and replenish towels, linen, refreshments and other spa supplies. * Assist guests with their needs and ensure they receive a comfortable and relaxing experience. * Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures. * Contribute to a positive and professional team environment. ?
