Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the day-to-day operation and presentation of the spa facilities. * Ensure all spa areas, treatment rooms and guest facilities are maintained to a consistently high standard. * Conduct regular checks of facilities, equipment and amenities. * Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and general upkeep requirements. * Ensure adequate stock levels of towels, linen, amenities and other spa supplies. * Assist with the organisation of spa appointments and daily operational requirements where needed. * Liaise with therapists, management and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery. * Monitor guest areas and respond promptly to any maintenance or service-related requirements. * Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards throughout the spa. * Assist in creating a calm, welcoming and luxurious environment for guests. ### ?
