About the RoleOur client is seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join their manufacturing facility in Centurion .
In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various types of production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient output.
You will play a key part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are made to specification and that machinery operates safely and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
This is a hands‐on position within a busy production environment that values precision and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and control industrial machinery according to production schedules and specifications.Monitor machine performance, identify any operational issues, and perform basic troubleshooting.Perform routine maintenance checks and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal functioning.Ensure that materials are loaded correctly and that the finished product meets quality standards.Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and operating procedures.Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations or problems encountered.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production role.Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and operating manuals.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.Good hand‐eye coordination and attention to detail.Willingness to work shifts as required by production needs.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities.Comprehensive training on specific machinery and production processes.Stable employment within a reputable manufacturing company.Contribution to a provident fund and medical aid.A safe and organized working environment.
