- Stel maandelikse, kwartaallikse en jaarlikse finansiële verslae op en ontleed dit.
- Monitor inkomste, winsgewendheid en kontantvloei.
- Voer begrotings-, voorspelling- en variansie-ontledings uit.
- Identifiseer risiko's, geleenthede en prestasieverbeterings.
- Ondersteun bestuur met strategiese en operasionele besluitneming.
Begrotings en Beplanning
- Koördineer die jaarlikse begrotingsproses.
- Ontwikkel en bestuur deurlopende finansiële voorspellings.
- Konsolideer streeksfinansiële planne.
- Evalueer besigheidsvoorstelle en aannames.
- Ontwikkel scenario- en sensitiwiteitsontledings.
Verkoopsbeheer
- Ontleed bestellings, verkope en kommersiële prestasie.
- Evalueer pryse, marges en produkmengsels.
- Voer kliënt- en produkwinsgewendheidsontledings uit.
- Ondersteun prysstrategieë en kommersiële verbeterings.
- Monitor sleutelprestasie-aanwysers (KPA's) soos inkomste, bruto marge en kliëntwinsgewendheid.
Operasionele en Produksiebeheer
- Monitor vervaardigingsprestasie en produktiwiteit.
- Ontleed vervaardigingskoste en kostedrywers.
- Bestuur voorraadoptimalisering en bedryfskapitaal.
- Evalueer kapasiteitsbenutting en operasionele doeltreffendheid.
- Monitor vervaardigings-KPA's soos OEE, produktiwiteit en betydse aflewerings.
Winsgewendheid en Waardeketting
- Ontleed die volledige waardeketting vanaf bestelling tot kontantvloei.
- Evalueer produk- en kliëntwinsgewendheid.
- Identifiseer geleenthede om marges te verbeter.
- Ontleed kostestrukture en operasionele drywers.
- Maak aanbevelings om besigheidsprestasie te verbeter.
Besigheidsvennootskap
- Tree op as vertroude adviseur vir streeksbestuur en besturende direkteure.
- Ondersteun beleggingsbesluite en besigheidsgevalle.
- Ontleed groeigeleenthede en uitbreidingsprojekte.
- Dryf prestasieverbeteringsinisiatiewe.
- Bevorder aanspreeklikheid vir besigheidsprestasie binne die streek.
Minimum Vereistes
- Graad in Besigheidsbestuur, Finansies, Rekeningkunde, Beheer, Bedryfsingenieurswese of 'n verwante rigting.
- Minimum 5–10 jaar ervaring in Finansies of Beheer.
- Bewese ervaring binne 'n vervaardigings- of industriële omgewing.
- Ervaring in internasionale besigheidsomgewings.
- Ervaring in finansiële, kommersiële en operasionele beheer.
- Ervaring met verskeie besigheidseenhede of vervaardigingsfasiliteite sal voordelig wees.
Tegniese Vaardighede
- Sterk kennis van wins-en-verliesstate, balansstate en kontantvloeibestuur.
- Begroting, voorspelling en variansie-ontleding.
- Werkkapitaalbestuur.
- Vervaardigingskosteberekening en standaardkostes.
- Gevorderde Microsoft Excel.
- Ervaring met ERP-stelsels soos SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor of soortgelyke platforms.
- Ervaring met Power BI, LucaNet of soortgelyke BI- en beplanningsinstrumente.
- Sterk analitiese en dataverwerkingsvaardighede.
