Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) business processes.
- Gather, analyse, document and manage business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and project teams.
- Identify business needs, pain points, process gaps, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop detailed process models, workflows and business process documentation.
- Conduct business and process impact assessments to determine the implications of proposed changes.
- Contribute to operating-model design and the development of governance frameworks.
- Support the definition of business rules, processes, procedures and controls.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables for project and technical teams.
- Maintain requirements traceability and ensure requirements remain aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and document risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions relating to business processes and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Change Managers, SMEs, technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide input into solution design and ensure proposed solutions address identified business requirements.
- Review and validate business processes and requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare business analysis documentation, presentations and supporting project artefacts.
- Support testing, implementation and transition activities where required.
- Ensure documentation and deliverables comply with relevant governance and quality standards.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Business Analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Current-state and future-state process documentation.
- Requirements gathering and requirements management.
- Operating-model and/or governance design.
- Workshop facilitation.
- Business process modelling.
- Business and process impact analysis.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across complex business and transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Business
- Analysis, Information Systems, Business Management or a related field.
- CBAP, ECBA or equivalent Business Analysis qualification is preferred.
