We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and delivering luxury-quality finishes for our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter/Joiner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end shopfitting, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery, with an exceptional eye for detail and pride in producing superior workmanship.Key Responsibilities- Manufacture and install high-quality shopfitting and bespoke joinery items- Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately- Work with a variety of materials including melamine, veneer, MDF, solid timber, laminates, and specialty finishes- Assemble cabinetry, counters, display units, feature walls, and custom furniture- Ensure precise measurements, clean finishes, and superior attention to detail- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently- Conduct on-site installations and ensure professional finishing standards- Maintain a clean and safe working environment- Collaborate with project managers and workshop teams to meet deadlinesMinimum Requirements- Proven experience as a carpenter in high-end shopfitting, cabinetry, or bespoke joinery- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings- Excellent finishing and problem-solving
