This foundational requirement ensures you are equipped with the essential academic grounding to succeed in a detail-oriented and process-driven environment. We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of administrative experience in a medical or laboratory setting, along with 1-3 years of general work experience. This background helps you step confidently into the role, understanding the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and time-sensitive workflows in a healthcare context. Skills Requirements Success in this role depends on a strong set of core skills. You must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans - reading, writing, and speaking - to communicate effectively across teams and with clients. You bring solid computer literacy, basic typing proficiency, and the ability to perform everyday numerical calculations with ease. These skills empower you to manage data, operate systems, and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
