Retail Media Key Account Manager - Food

Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal & external stakeholders, clients and the Advertising team.
- Create advertising proposals to drive strategic objectives
- Generate campaign cost estimates (CEs) and oversee the invoicing process, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
- Generate regular performance reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionableinsights to clients for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with various creative, analytics, and campaign management teams toensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Provide actionable, insightful reporting to Advertisers with suggestions for futurecampaigns
- Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to improve the experience of the advertiser.
- Developing and managing long term partnerships withkey national restaurant brands and act as their primarypoint of contact for Advertising.
- Enthusiasm for being a part of an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve sales targets
- Ability to identify key advertising sales opportunities and translate these intoimplementable solutions and action plans
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, with the ability to understandclient goals and communicate effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to conveycomplex information clearly and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of collaborating across different departments or teams to ensureseamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digitalmarketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Strongproficiencyin Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of the Restaurant Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Media
- Minimum 5 years Advertising Account Management experience or 3 years Digital Account Management experience.
- If the Degree/Advanced Diploma qualification requirement isn’t met, 6+ years’ experience in a digital/advertising account management role in digital marketing, advertising or similar environment with Matric/Diploma.
- Experience in advertising and media sales within the Restaurant Industry
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising & e-commerce landscape.
