- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in Salesforce administration, systems administration, business systems, or a related IT environment.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of:
- Salesforce administration and configuration
- User and profile management
- Roles, permissions, and access controls
- Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts
- Reports and dashboards
- Data management and data quality
- Workflow and automation concepts
- Troubleshooting and system support
- Basic SQL and database concepts will be advantageous
- Experience supporting users and resolving system-related queries.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Salesforce Administrator certification will be advantageous.
