This role is ideal for a candidate with solid bookkeeping and accounting experience who is comfortable managing financial records, maintaining high accuracy, and supporting the financial operations of a dynamic hospitality business. Key Requirements Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience essential. Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage financial records, reconciliations, and financial reporting accurately. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Professional, reliable, and trustworthy work ethic. Strong computer literacy, including accounting software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle essential. Ability to commute to Camps Bay daily essential. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial transactions, data entry, and bookkeeping records. Perform regular bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations. Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across the business. Assist with month-end processes, cash flow tracking, and supplier payments. Liaise with external accountants or auditors when required. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess: Meticulous with numbers and highly organised.
