Now Hiring Assistant Lodge Manager | Luxury Safari Camp | Greater Kruger, Limpopo About the Opportunity Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager for a luxury safari camp based in the Greater Kruger. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional who is passionate about guest delight, strong team leadership, and delivering a world-class safari experience. The role includes acting as Lodge Manager in their absence, with full responsibility for Front of House, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and Finance functions. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years' management experience in a 5-star boutique lodge or Big 5 reserve environment Hospitality Management qualification Strong operational and financial experience Practical maintenance experience Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Key Responsibilities Act as Lodge Manager in the absence of the Lodge Manager, taking full responsibility for multiple departments Inspire, stimulate and lead the Front of House and Housekeeping teams Control and supervise maintenance operations, working closely with the Reserve Maintenance Manager Head up the Lodge Health & Safety Committee and conduct lodge risk assessments Compile monthly reports and participate in the annual budgeting process Candidate Profile Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, self-motivated and confident Package Salary: R38,000 R40,000 per month Live-In position Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
