- Matric or similar qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience
- Confident communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email)
- Driver’s license required
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Maintain and service existing customer base
- Develop and nurture customer relations
- Prepare quotations for new and existing customers
- Process sales orders and invoices
- Regularly conduct calls with existing customers
- Provide technical support for customers
- Provide product training for customers
- Deliver orders to customers as required
- Install equipment as required – training provided
- Site visits with customers to assist with quotations
- Identify new and potential customers
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and call reports
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
