JUNIOR ISO / QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR - ATLANTIS W/C

Location: Atlantis, Western Cape

My client, based in Atlantis , is seeking the services of a Junior ISO / Quality Administrator to join their team.

This is a junior developmental position and would suit someone who has some exposure to ISO systems, quality administration, SHEQ or compliance and who is looking for an opportunity to learn, develop and build a career within the ISO/Quality environment.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced management and will receive training in the company's systems, procedures and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with:

• Maintaining and updating ISO documentation, files, registers and records.
• Document control and ensuring that current policies, procedures, forms and work instructions are correctly maintained.
• General administration relating to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of the Integrated Management System.
• Preparing and organising documentation for internal and external audits.
• Recording audit findings, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Following up with relevant departments regarding outstanding documentation and information.
• Maintaining training, compliance and other ISO-related records.
• Assisting with updating policies, procedures, work instructions and forms.
• Providing general Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety administrative support.
• Learning and developing an understanding of the applicable ISO standards and their practical application within the business.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• A relevant qualification or training in Quality, ISO, SHEQ, Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related field would be advantageous.
• Some previous exposure to an ISO, Quality, SHEQ or compliance environment would be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge or awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 would be beneficial.
• Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work methodically.
• A willingness to learn, take instruction and develop within the role.

We are not looking for a senior ISO specialist or someone who is expected to take immediate ownership of the company's ISO systems.

We are looking for a junior candidate with the right foundation, attitude and willingness to learn, who can be trained and developed within the business.

Remuneration: Market-related, dependent on qualifications and experience.
