Join Work-Force as a Night Shift Teller in Durban, providing banking services during the evening hours to cater to our diverse customer needs.
Role Overview
In this position, you will:
- Process transactions : Handle customer deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries during the night shift.
- Ensure security : Adhere to security protocols to protect assets during evening operations.
- Assist customers : Provide excellent customer service, addressing their banking needs effectively.
- Balance cash drawer : Ensure accuracy in cash handling and reconcile cash drawer at shift end.
- Maintain records : Document all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent : Required; experience in banking preferred.
- Customer service experience : Minimum of 1 year in a teller or related role.
- Strong numerical skills : Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Ability to work night shifts : Flexibility to work evening and overnight hours.
- Attention to detail : High focus on accuracy in all transactions.
