As a Production Shift Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. - Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in food manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Salary negotiable
