We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Agent with a SACPCMP registration in the Eastern Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of road and earthworks projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of road and earthworks projects from start to finish
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety regulations on site
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
- Managing and motivating site staff to achieve project goals
- Keeping detailed records of project progress and communicating updates to the project manager Requirements:
- SACPCMP registration is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of road and earthworks construction techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license
